1.
Request application information and Convention, Annex 1;
2.
reception and registration application, according to Annex 2;
3.
solemn declaration on the alienation and identification building measures in
accordance with Annex 5;
4.
extracted from topography plan approved for the primary line only to land in
terrain;
5.
acts of ownership, authorized copy: contract sale - buy, title ownership minutes
into possession, heir certificate - including the acts alleged in this, civil
verdict - Duplicate, etc.;
6.
tax certificate obtained from the Directorate of duties and taxes with the
statement "for land registration and tabulation" and the tax values for land and
housing - where applicable - original
7.
Xerox copy of identity documents of the owners ID / certifiat registration -
legal;
8.

copy simple sketch notes on the sale and purchase contract, sharing agreement
